we visited to see if there were any summer items on sales or at a good price. we did end up buying a small pool floatie but i felt a bit shrugged off by the cashier when we asked about another item for babies to stand in and play. they didn't provide any information or ask if help was needed. we're still in the market to purchase a new seat but we will try another location or business.

Lots of indoor sales going on
This buy buy baby has a lot of selection and they have many promotions that are very good. The selection of carriers and outstanding.
I got a baby swing as a gift. I told them I had no receipt but the item was purchased from their store. It even had their address on it. I tried returning it here and they said it’s been used. I explained to them that it was a week old and of course I had to try it for my baby to see if he liked it. They said they couldn’t take used items. I explained their own policy to them but still denied my item. Made it a big deal and even brought the manager I forgot his name but he wore glasses. Long story short Manager was clueless and no help. I took the same item to Redlands and returned it just fine and received store credit.
Emailed me for 20% off, ended up going, no 20% off, it's all a lie, I spent $800 in this store. I regret it now. This business has no integrity
This place will do anything to sell you things. But once you make the purchase, they show their true colors.
I bought a stroller from here for my baby. The stroller broke in a few months. While purchasing the stroller I was told I had 90 days from the time of purchase to return/replace items, but when I contacted them for replacement, they were very unwilling to help.
I finally ended up contacting the very helpful manufacturer.
I just posted a bad review, so now I need to do my good karma and post a good review.
I went to this store 2 weeks ago with my sis, she was having a bad day and needed to return a bunch of items.
she returned them, but the price seemed wrong, so then the store clerk started trying to figure it all out, eventually she got the manager and the manager was so nice, even though I know we were being a pain, she went through each item, with its price, found the problem, all to only realize the first cashier dropped one of the items somewhere behind her before she scanned it, that is the only reason i docked one star
the manager though, even with the line backing up behind us, was very patient, and was only concerned with us and what we needed while with us
very glad to experience such customer service nowadays, and will think about buying all baby products from them in the future
When I called the cashier let me know right away that the department I needed was busy and that I might be on hold for a while. She then got back on after I had been on hold for about a minute to get my contact info so I wouldn't have to stay waiting on hold. Bradley in the furniture department was excellent. He called be back twice to get me accurate stock information and make sure that I had all the information I needed. Excellent communication between departments all around.
I don’t understand the hype. Went here to check out some items in person before adding to my registry, and only 1 out of the 3 things I went in for was in stock. The store itself seemed a little “chaotic” and many of the rocking chairs and cribs displayed were dirty and/or damaged. I was also hoping to pick up the free sample bag that comes with your registry, but after 30 mins or so in the store I just wanted to get out fast. Maybe I went on a bad day.
